Select this service for a repair of you piece of Jolee Jewellery. Upon selecting you will be contacted via e-mail with details of how to send us your bracelet (customer postage cost).
Upon receiving your piece our standard repair cost is - *£5, plus our standard £3.60 p&p for return postage. So you can have your Jewellery repaired with an additional 3 month warranty for as little as *£8.60
*This cost may be subject to change following inspection, and dependant on the amount of materials such as beads / charms we may need to replace. In most cases the standard fee is charged, but we will let you know after receiving your bracelet if any additional charge will be incurred, for you to decide if you'd like to proceed. If you choose not to we will return your bracelet and reimburse you the £5 repair fee.
