Shipping policy

Please note we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.

United Kingdom (UK) Orders:

When purchasing an item from our store there will be an additional charge of £2.99 for postage and packaging.

We will dispatch your item to you using Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery as soon as we have processed your order.

Multiple orders in excess of the weight limit, or for multiple addresses will incur an additional charge.

International Orders: 

International orders subject of different shipping rates which are calculated at checkout by selecting your chosen country for delivery.  

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
